For Members who qualified before July 2008

Membership No : Member ID (e.g. : 4567)

Password : Member ID + First four letters of the last name in lower case (e.g. : 4567wick)

For Members who qualified after July 2008

Membership No : Member ID (e.g. : 4567)

Password : password
