20. Selection of Skilled and Unskilled Labourers

The Project Officers at site, in consultation with the village level committee of officials and Beneficiaries Committee, may advertise locally or select through personal knowledge, skilled and unskilled workers from amongst the Beneficiaries themselves or from neighbouring villages.
