21. Selection of Consultants for Specialized Services
The Governing Body of the Organisation may by collective decision approve the procurement of the services of consultants, in diverse fields such as legal, financial, engineering or other services. The Consultants may, as circumstances determine, examine special problems relating to the project in the relevant field, as they arise, or else they may be required to carry out a continuing review Eg: technical review and assessment of construction jobs.
Their remuneration would be fixed by the Governing Body on a job basis or assignment basis.
